    In Neos Marmaras, we have created "Alexia House", a modern complex with rooms for rental. All rooms are equipped with: TV Air-conditioning (A/C) fridge bathroom with shower and balcony where you can drink your favourite coffee or cocktail while enjoying the view of the Gulf of Kassandra and the island of Kelyfos. The complex has shared fully equipped kitchen facilities and dining room for use by all guests. Breakfast is served on request. The complex is located 300m from the centre of the village, where you can find plenty of shops, cafes, bars, pizza restaurants, a post office, police station, doctor’s surgery etc. The sea is distanced around 70m from our complex and Paradisos Beach with its golden sand a mere 250 – 300m off. Also in the port of Neos Marmaras there are many boats that organize daily sea tours to the island of Kelyfos and the nearby local beautiful beaches.
