We strive to provide our guests with a quiet and comfortable stay. The resort is ideal for a holiday at the seaside with children and also for those keen on going walking or cycling.
The apartments and studios in the complex are 50 and 25 m2 in size, respectively. Baby-cot or extra beds can be provided upon request.
The apartments are divided into one big bedroom, one small bedroom, a kitchen and bathroom (WC and shower). Each apartment is provided with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite LED TV, direct landline, safety-box, refrigerator, cooker, coffee-pot, cookery utensils, crockery and cutlery, along with two balconies one in front and the other at the rear. The apartments are only available on the first and second floor and can host up to 5 persons.
When booking you can choose the type of accommodation you prefer from the list available.
The studios are divided into one bedroom, a kitchenette and bathroom (WC and shower). Each studio is provided with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite LED TV, direct landline, safety-box, refrigerator, cooker, coffee-pot, cookery utensils, crockery and cutlery, along with two balconies one in front and the other at the rear (1st and 2nd floor) or with a balcony in front and yard space at the rear (ground floor). Each studio can host 2 to 4 guests.
The big garden area at the rear of the complex is ideal place for rest and an ideal playground for children of all ages. There are many tables under the olive trees that offer a quiet shaded area for having a quick sleep or just relaxing. There are toys available for the kids to use. Parents are kindly requested to supervise their kids when they use these facilities.
A charcoal barbecue is also located in the rear garden with four fireplaces ready for use. Friends of our clients are welcome to join!!! Using the barbecue area is free of charge, but you will have to buy the charcoal on your own. Please clean the BBQ area after use.
Sun-beds and umbrellas are provided free of charge. Clients are kindly requested to return the sun-beds at night and do not leave them at the beach.
We offer free of charge parking place. The parking spaces are not numbered and this means that guests have to find a new parking space any time on their return to the complex. Since there is no surveillance service provided, ‘Theramvos’ disclaims all responsibility for any loss or damage to the vehicle or for any stolen objects from the car. Only one parking place is allowed per each studio or apartment. Clients with more than one vehicle and other guests are kindly requested to park outside the complex on the nearby road and not to occupy a free parking space.
There is parking place for bicycles. Theramvos’ disclaims all responsibility for any loss or damage to the bicycle.
Wireless internet access is provided free of charge.
Linen and towels are changed every fourth day.
Laundry facility is provided in case there is a need to wash clothes.
